I am an avid traveler, I have long straight hair that needs to be washed and blow dried every day. I had another one like this for about 15 years before it died and I immediately went out and bought another one because I liked it so much. My new one seems to work even better than my old one! I have tried many travel hair dryers and although this hair dryer is tiny, it has the most powerful performance on the market! You really won't find a smaller hair dryer that gets the job done like this little guy. I don't trust hair dryers in hotels so I ALWAYS take them with me. I have just returned from a 10 day trip to the north coast of Spain and my hotel had a hair dryer which I didn't even touch. You are too skinny! I just switched this to 240v, hooked up an old simple adapter and dried it, dried it! I have never tripped a circuit breaker on this dryer and you don't need a transformer!
