Clasp didn't want to stay shut
Loved the product. but the clasp kept opening , wouldn't stay " locked shut" so eventually I lost itπͺ.EDIT to review. the company contacted me, and refunded my money ( which I didn't even know was possible as I lost it). so though I wasn't thrilled with the clasp on the item, I do appreciate the company for reaching out to me and making sure I was compensated.
