The sales staff was very attentive throughout our project implementation process with no surprises or hidden costs that would have been difficult for us as beginners in this field! We found them helpful when it came time implementing new systems/equipment into their office space so they could continue working during construction (we moved offices). They were not able to meet all deadlines set forth by city building codes but worked hard at trying anyway until things lined up perfectly once we started getting permits approved etc..
