Another update: the microphone doesn't work at all. I did the troubleshooting and searched everything you can think of to solve this problem. Nothing worked. I only use a headset to hear better. But I do not recommend this product. I love the color, it matches my controller, the sound quality is fantastic. The buttons take some getting used to at first, as they're all on the same side of the earcup. They fit comfortably, and the charge for me depends on how often you play, around 1-2 weeks on a single charge. i love my headset Update: I've had this headset for about 2 months now and now it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. My friends report that my mic breaks, they hear their own echo and can't hear me even though all the levels are high. I've reset the headset using the buttons and pressed the reset button on the USB drive, blew air into the USB port and the port itself, restarted the headset, set the mic to default settings, and nothing seems to work. I hear everything and everyone perfectly, they just don't hear me. It's annoying. I know the Wi-Fi connection is a variable, but I turn off my Wi-Fi connection every time and it says it's strong. I'm just not meant to have a headset. I would like to return.
