I like the fact that we are able to create a new safety initiative from scratch, which has been difficult in the past without having an existing process to build off of. The ability to track, report and measure all aspects of our initiatives is very helpful. There are times when it's difficult to find specific information on an incident or near miss that happened years ago. It would be useful if there were more filtering options available for searching this database. My experience has been very positive thus far. I can see how SafetyMint could have some benefit to non-safety focused industries as well. It would help them streamline operations by capturing important data for future use. We are solving our need to keep a record of incidents and near misses that may impact our business continuity within the facility.
