I've had a Eureka Enviro steamer for a while now. I really love the steamer. The first set of magic napkins worked great but they shrunk so badly I had to throw them out. After trying all sorts of substitutes like towels etc I gave up and ordered another set of Magic Napkins and cleaned the floors that weekend. And great work again! This time I soaked the rags in a bucket of COLD, soapy water overnight. I threw the whole bucket in the washing machine for a cold rinse and spin cycle. Then I laid them out to dry. They still shrunk a bit but hopefully I can stretch them over the base and reuse them. I would give anything if Eureka offered pillows to recycle this product. Nowadays the current product takes too much time and effort to make it effective. If I can't use these rags when steaming floors again. I will be returning this product and giving it a one star rating.
