Bought 3 of these before Christmas, 2 for myself and 1 for a gift. The first one I bought in mid-October stopped working last week. Doesn't light up at all, not to mention the store. I switched outlets and even switched to the cord which still works and nothing. I went to Prime to report the issue and the only link they give is the company that sells them. Ok, I was there and opened the ticket on Thursday. After that, I searched their website for troubleshooting ideas. The first thing I found is that if you bought it from Revain you need to contact Revain. The refund has already expired, so Revain will not do anything. This is a really powerful charger that has been working great for 4 months. It's on a shelf, no one is touching it, there are no kids in the house, and it just doesn't work anymore. I hope what I gave away doesn't do the same! I'll wait to see if ESR responds to my ticket.
