4 stars because of not enough rail hooks. Tool Hanger Kit 1784452 comes with a 64" (32 x 2) rail and 4 hooks only. I was able to use the hooks on one rail with no problem, so I had to pick up additional hooks. Just note when ordering. more are needed. As for the product itself, I hung it on a 1" thick board attached to cinder blocks. The included screws are I believe 2" long (or slightly longer) so they are needed for drilling holes in wood and cinder block. using a 5/32" masonry bit. The fit was perfect and didn't go anywhere. Only one rail needs to be fitted (until additional hooks are ordered). The hangers are high quality and I was able to use a convertible aluminum ladder that was probably 40 pounds weighs, easily attach to one of the hooks. If you look at pic 1784452 they are assembled together and you can see how much space there is between the tools. Keep this in mind and order additional mounting hardware to fill the space. If I would only have invested more would be completely satisfied.
