Connect them to your computer's Bluetooth first!

I received this product today and decided to try it right away. The headset was not recognized by the Bluetooth device on either Android 9.x or iOS 13.4.1. I downloaded the Razer Opus app which was able to connect to the headphones but there was still no Bluetooth audio connection on Android devices and iPhones. The connection worked flawlessly with the 3.5mm cable that came with the headphones. Technical support call. Apparently I had to connect the headphones to my computer's Bluetooth first and then to my phone. This process is not described anywhere in the manual or on the product FAQ page on the Razer website. The rest of the NC works quite well. I can barely hear my mechanical keyboard when it's on. The earbuds feel heavy when you pick them up, but they're well balanced and almost invisible when you're wearing them. The build quality looks good when they're on the table, but when I pick them up the plastic creaks, which is typical for sub-$200 headphones. I will post an update on build quality a little later. The case is nice and feels like it will protect the headset from minor bumps, but I still have to be careful with it. I'm giving this 3 stars because I have to contact support to inquire about the unusual bluetooth pairing process and the plastic feel when holding the headphones.
