On my 3rd order the seller had a broken glue. I have sent photos to the seller showing labels from two different rolls that are not sticking. The seller said since they don't know how I stored them it might be my fault (they were in my air conditioned office when Amazon shipped them) so they offered me a 50% refund. I wish they could offer to send in a fresh replacement and then I'd be a happy customer for life as my first two orders worked perfectly. This exchange left me in bad taste and now I will be buying labels elsewhere.
