I bought this after a friend recommended it! 20 minutes after receipt, the top cover cracked in half. The butt cap was so tight I couldn't get it off, literally bursting the thin outer plastic piece. The instructions were stupidly placed at the bottom so I couldn't even refer to them. I knew, of course, that the butt had to be pulled as high as possible, but then again. Manufacturers stupidly put the spoon on top of the plunger so you can't pull it all the way out to remove the lid. After a lot of frustration I finally got rid of it. 🙄 After reading other complaints I emailed the company and brought this to their attention (as I'm sure others have). They don't care at all. You were basically apologizing for your luck! Very disappointed with the lack of design and a company that doesn't endorse their products!
