Very cute! True to Size.
Due to being made in China I sized up. They fit true to size, run slightly large. I usually wear a medium in underwear purchased from US department stores. I ordered a large. They are big on me. I’m not narrow framed. I am curvey, especially my hips and butt. Wished I ordered my usual size. They are stretchy so if worried about being tight, don’t be. I’m 5’2” and about 125-130 lbs., if this helps.
