This is an amazing digital scale and an upgrade for me. I like the modern design, look and feel. I only got it to measure my simple body weight and track weight loss myself, it's accurate and easy to read while you can use the mobile app to do more like BMI and body fat. You can measure the weight without the app, but if you want you can use the app via bluetooth and the result will be shown both on the scale and in the app. Also a great feature is on the back of the scale, you can press the button to change the measure from kg to lb and vice versa. It should be noted that for best measurements you should use it on a flat, hard surface such as tile for accurate reading, not a carpet and touch four silver squares with your feet.
