For the last three boxes of Dogipot I was disappointed that 12 to 15 bags have a 2 to 4 inch slit at the top. Each pouch must be inspected to ensure it is suitable for use. I called the company office and was told there is nothing the company can do as I bought it from Revain. Also, they are aware of the problem and think they solved it. (Maybe?) On the other hand, the bags are the right size for me and come in convenient tear-off rolls. I think Dogipot is listening because there is competition here.
