Not only does this pan look good, it is strong and durable without being heavy. This is certainly not a fragile cookie plate. My wife has used it for regular baking, including bread making, as well as roasting vegetables or french fries in the convection oven. She always lines our baking sheets, usually with parchment paper, to keep them clean. Even when liquid was spilled, usually oil, this pan was easy to clean. It appears to conduct heat evenly when measured against an evenly baked or roasted product.
