Absolutely not recommended. The assembly went well. It is not very durable (see photo). The piece of metal assembled as a ring (to which the fabric is attached) cannot be glued properly because if glued properly, the screws will not fit. It has to be assembled in a small amount to fit the screws and when my cat finally tried it gave up a bit and startled him. It's smaller, so it's not the weight, it's the poor construction. Now he avoids the bed at all costs. All in all - waste of money!
