FanSo I've had this product for over a month now and got to know it well. I didn't, but that's for a fan and have never used a fan, I'll say it's quite noisy. And I can't tell you how well the fan works as I never use one and I've never had a PS5 overheat. Sturdyness/PS5 Compatibility I basically wanted this stand because the OG stand looks flimsy and I don't trust it. it is so. In this booth, my disc version of the PS5 bothers me less. It also has an adapter for the digital version, so it's compatible with both versions. Small note: the stand has a USB port that you plug into the front of your PS5 to power this stand. USB Ports Another benefit for me was the multiple USB ports on the front panel. That you can connect to them and actually sync to the PS5 is a good thing. My PS4 camera/cable from the PSVR box/external hard drive is not recognized by the PS5 when connected to the USB ports on this stand. The funny thing is that my PS5 recognizes the USB stick for the official 3D Impulse headset released with the PS5. Not sure if other accessories are compatible, and unless of course you can also charge devices via the ports. Charging slots for controllers. Not much to say about the slots for charging the controller. They get the job done and the stand has LED indicators to let you know when they're fully charged. There is a USB-C connector in the controller slots that goes straight into the controller. When your controller is new it's a bit difficult to insert the controller into the port, but after a while they'll be much easier to insert. The controller slots are loose, but that's not a problem in my opinion. Conclusion A good buy in my opinion, this stand was cheaper than the stand I bought for my PS4 so good value for money. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a PS5 stand replacement.
