Recently, I slogged through a truly horrible ordeal with the Charrost online business. The website was difficult to traverse, and it took me an inordinate amount of time to locate the information that I required. When my package did eventually arrive, I discovered that the shoes and clothing that I had ordered were of an extremely low quality. The materials were low quality and easily broken, and the shoes did not feel good on the foot when worn. In addition to this, the jewelry that I bought was incomplete and did not resemble the images that were displayed on the website in any way. When I attempted to get in touch with the customer service department, I was greeted with a lengthy wait time and representatives who were unhelpful and refused to offer a refund or exchange. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
