This tofu press just doesn't work. I couldn't fit a standard tofu stone here. I had to cut 1/4 off. I command the top to snap into place. I left the tofu in the press (in the fridge) for 5 hours. There isn't much water left in the tank. After I cooked my tofu, I noticed that there was still a lot of moisture in the tofu. This press cost $10 and I threw the box away before I knew this press didn't work. I threw everything in the trash because I couldn't get it back. Please do not buy this tofu press. It doesn't work and it's a waste of money.
