It fits as expected. I'm 5ft 10", 180lbs, waist 36. The only reason I bought it was because I was hoping to find an alternative to carrying a mug. When you stand, the lining covers your groin. when crouching, the padding covers the groin and the groin is open and no padding protects it. So I sent it back and used a cup again until I found another solution. , comfort and fit were great.
