Good quality product, the price is commensurate with the quality.
Straightening knives at home has never been simpler. Removeable pliers make it possible to edit scandi as well, albeit not as fast or efficiently as the included angles (30 degrees for the kitchen and 40 degrees for everything else) and scissors. Diamond rods for tough peeling are something I'm considering investing in.
