I like that it is very easy for our editors to upload articles into this service as well as create multiple article types all within one platform (eBook/Video). It's also free! They have some great tools available too which makes content creation much easier than if you were doing everything yourself manually or via another CMS system. So far we haven't found anything out of place but they do offer support when needed so their customer assistance can be relied upon when necessary. We created several different eBook versions (both eBooks and videos) about how to get started creating your own blog post schedule / posting plan etc. This has been extremely helpful for us especially since now we don't need to rely solely on Google Analytics data collection anymore - something we used to depend heavily on previously before having access to these platforms which helped automate tasks such as scheduling posts.
