I bought these for my son who is 2 years old. He's very clumsy, and I say with all the love a mother can muster, but he IS. Ordinary shoes only made him clumsy, but he often fell when he went barefoot. .I had to find something better than just socks for him as he loses them very quickly, so this is the perfect solution for us. They're as warm, snuggly and inviting as socks and of course lightweight. However, the soles are as durable as shoes. They fit like a glove so my son walks like crazy, it doesn't feel tight at all and his feet stay covered. Also, there is a boy with feet that are larger than average, which might make me say this. But really! If you have a troubled child, it's worth every penny and more. Also a great seller and great customer service, this part never hurts either.
