The only reason I took points off is because they aren't the best quality. All the rag heads look cheap and look like something out of a dollar store. I especially like that it has two handles. Long, sufficient for high ceilings, and the second, short, for an arm's length. The heads can be changed using the handles and are easy to wash. You do the work.
