Review on Accordion Party Hats 1 Dz by John Ghattamaraju

We had an Alice in Wonderland tea party and presented these hats to the guests. They come completely flat, so we put them under our plates and look like napkins or chargers. Then, when everyone was seated, they were asked to raise their plates and pick up their hats. People were surprised and delighted with the hats! They are extremely easy to use (just gently press until the top of the hat pops open) and stay on well. They have been observed to open at an angle, tilt, open fully, and appear different on everyone. They were so cute and a great buy for a party!
