These gas caps are cool! But you need to know your yarn type before buying because they are quite expensive and you don't want to end up with a bundle that doesn't fit. First off, I want to state that most gas nozzles suck! They are so overburdened with "safety targets" that they are hardly suitable for practical use. So you want to protect a good spout if you find one. I live in Louisiana on Hurricane Alley. I always like to have a few extra gas cans for my generator set when (not when) the power goes out. I also have a petrol tank for a motorcycle, one for a lawnmower and one for two-stroke engines. That's a lot of noses. I have different types of spouts that serve specific purposes. If you like boating, quad biking, snowmobiling, etc. you can feel where I'm stepping. If you have lots of gas cans and lots of spouts like I do. You need those caps. I love these hats. I put my spouts in a safe place, seal the jars with these lids, and fill the jars as needed. They are waterproof, flat and interchangeable (between matching threads). They're pretty expensive for what they are, but after you've used them a few times, you'll say they're cool too. Hope this is helpful.
