I really wanted to like them but in my case they don't work. They are very stylish (you can just take the frames to an optometrist and make computer glasses out of them). So I'll give them 3 points in the overall rating - they're stylish and work on reducing blue light, but there are downsides too. The first photo shows the number of reflections on the back next to the outer window. Unfortunately, my vision with them was quite distorted and appeared a bit "foggy", and I felt a bit squinting when looking at the screen. The lenses seem to have a bit of power, which doesn't work for me. Either a lot or a little - I can't say - but in any case the visual acuity should not change. I don't wear any corrective lenses for computer work at all. The average distance with them is also blurry. There are also a lot of reflections from the background on the back of the lenses. My work station is next to an outside window and it's really distracting when they're on. An anti-reflective coating would do wonders for them. My general opinion is that they need some tweaking before I can put them to good use. The surface of the lenses is well suited to suppressing blue light from large monitors. The width is good for multiple monitors (mine is 2 x 24 inches side by side). Take away any changes in visual acuity on the lenses and apply an anti-reflective coating to at least the back and we're probably going to have a great shade of blue. light-blocking goggles.
