I read the reviews, but no one mentioned the left key issue. I'm not sure; either I'm very lucky or mice with comparable defects weren't counted in the statistics. Certain benefits Overall, the mouse is excellent. performs well on most surfaces and is comfortable. There is a switch button that allows it to operate with two devices at once (we have a computer and laptop pair). normal mouse in operation. Cons of it: This model of mouse is the second one I own. We have been using the first red one for about three years. The left key eventually stopped working well for her. Sometimes it didn't, so I had to exert more pressure. Before it began, the mouse fell a few times. figured that was the problem. The key suddenly abruptly ceased responding when pressed. I checked the contacts and opened the mouse; everything is in order. And I discovered that the problem was with the button that the key is pressed on. Pressing the plane from the key typically does not work, but if you add a point force (for instance, by pressing the center of the button with a thin screwdriver), everything works as it should. By inserting a little gasket between the key and the button, I was able to solve the issue. Hence, we purchased a gray version of the same mouse. There have been three months. And then, all of a sudden, the left key quit functioning!
