Backbridge protects your back. I bought it after being recommended by a friend. Now that I'm working from home and without the proper desk and lumbar support I had at the office, my lower back, a chronic problem for me, was worse than ever. After using the rear axle for less than two weeks, my days have completely changed. It has different levels of support so it can be sized and adjusted for a variety of uses including at my desk, driving, stretching to strengthen my core. There are so many ways to benefit from a rear axle and I'm just starting to explore many uses. I no longer have occasional back pain, my mobility is better than it has been in the past 10 years and most importantly, my stress level, which was very high during these uncertain times, has increased tenfold.
