Very simple for HR team to manage employees and their products

It's easy, it doesn't break much when you are using this software with other applications like SAP or Microsoft Office365 (or even Salesforce). I am having issues sometimes not being able access my data from some of these programs if they were running at that time as well but maybe its me doing something wrong in how i have set up hero points? Its great! Easy integration into your business processes without too many problems once installed/setup correctly. We use Heropoints within our organization so we can track who has used what product / service etc - This allows us all be more efficient than needing multiple people working across different areas tracking down individual users information such as purchase history & usage details over past 12 months.

Pros
  • The user friendliness is excellent allowing everyone to just logon via web browser which makes life very simple especially compared against previous ERP systems where everything was hard coded onto an Excel spreadsheet format before sending out monthly emails showing each departmental head their own personal budget allocation per month by employee..etc.which meant lots of manual work had been done prior hand instead of automating things through excel files..hero point works really simply because most actions required only need one

  • Almost never
