Review on YTD by Paul Powell

I just had the unfortunate experience of purchasing on YTD's website, and I must admit that I wasn't really impressed. They may have cheap things, but the headaches they gave me were anything but. Their website is a complete mess, to start. It's sluggish, awkward, and challenging to navigate, therefore it was frustrating to find what I was looking for. And the checkout process was more worse when I did eventually found what I was looking for. I couldn't finish my transaction since the website kept crashing. And to make matters worse, shipment moved at an absurdly slow pace. My item didn't arrive for several weeks, and when it did, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the goods. They didn't resemble the premium goods represented on the website; instead, they appeared cheap and fragile. I encountered even more problems when I attempted to return the goods. The customer service staff was useless and had a lack of expertise. Even then, I had to cover the postage costs since it took me numerous emails and phone calls to even get them to process my return. In conclusion, despite the fact that YTD's online store sells things at low prices, I decided they were not worth the hassles they gave me. I can't recommend them to anyone because of their clumsy website, poor shipment, and unhelpful customer support. Shop elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.
