This product is as advertised. I've had it for a few weeks now, wear it 3-5 days a week and it's working just as I hoped it would. Finding the right size is easy, just make sure you have a good pair of scissors to cut off the extra belt. My only mistake was that I didn't cut straight on the first try and had to make a second cut, but it was still easy.
