I have a Weston Pro 3000. They didn't seal so I bought another brand, they didn't seal. I have a new roll left over from my other seal - didn't work. So I played around with them and found that if you pass the last wrapper it works. I'm not sure why the first part you unwrap doesn't seal (or melts when you turn it over), but try a foot or so. This is also a good seal (see picture, it's from this brand). Hope that helps!
