I am so disappointed that this backpack did not come as pictured. I only bought this one because of the orange padding at the bottom and the orange piping. The one I got had black padding underneath and the orange piping is more of a mustard yellow. So disappointed. UPDATE: After calling the company twice (I was told I was stuck with black the first time), they reluctantly sent me an orange rug. Now that I have the color I ordered I love the bag and am happy with the size and quality for my kitty. She has lots of space and will have lots of space when she grows up. Disappointed that I had to go through the trouble of requesting an orange carpet (with threat to return the product) but the company did the right thing in the end.
