This would have been a 5 star rating were it not for an apparent design flaw. I bought mine in August, drove it 1500 miles, it started sucking air in December. I'm 6ft 2in and 180lbs which is an average height person and I store my bike in the garage and it stays protected from inclement weather so it's just regular use for me. the base of the valve stem where it seals the valve to the bladder - in the picture the leak is where the red part of the valve stem protrudes from the bladder seam. I'm really disappointed because this seal was working great until the day it started leaking. I even bought one for my wife's bike after I first got mine. When I contacted the shop/seller they offered me to do a leak test so I can fix it somehow but no suggestion to replace it. I also tried contacting the manufacturer through the Airhawk website but got no response. I guess I'm alone with this so I'll try to fix it as it's useless at the moment. only one for service. I've tried several times to fix the leak but to no avail. No reaction from the manufacturer. Unfortunately this design so far seems to be the only one that seems to work well for me so I feel like I'm stuck with their imperfect product and I've ordered another one to replace it as I'm priced for it see a comfortable bike ride . The new one they sent me looks like a repackaged return, slightly soiled, in a clear bag with no additional original packaging or contents. In fact, this is the fourth Airhawk I've bought - two for others and now two for me. I hope this replacement lasts longer than the previous one, or at least long enough that I can find a durable product.
