The item itself was great, just as described.MY only issue is that the delivery person LIED, and suggested it was handed directly to the resident. NO, it was sitting on my front porch, they didn't ring bell, or anything, just left it sitting. Not sure how much that matters, other than a delivery person trying to suggest they had direct contact. That's a LIE and in covid-19 times I'd not allow it anyway. So, hopefully an Revain staff reviews and notes that at least 1 time they either "accidentally" hit wrong button, or lied.BUT product was great, buying at least 2 or 3 more for Halloween
