And let's not even talk about their shipping strategy, which is hopeless. In spite of their claims of quick and effective delivery, customers must wait weeks before receiving their purchases. Additionally, the packaging is poor, resulting in broken and damaged goods. The company's customer service is also worth mentioning because it is about as useful as a water bottle on a basketball court. When a customer calls in need of assistance, they are left going back and forth between representatives with no end in mind. In terms of offering a top-notch internet shopping experience, Waitley has generally been struggling, so it's time for them to up their game.
