It's easy to use, has all the features we need, and allows us to share projects easily with others. It can be difficult to navigate at times. There are several different ways of creating maps, which makes it confusing. If you're looking for a great tool for your business, this is a good option. We have used it for almost two years now and have had very few issues. Our only issue was that we needed something more robust than Google Maps as it does not allow us to add our own custom icons or labels. This allows us to make custom maps for different departments within our company.
