The website says this keychain works with.

Website says this key fob will work with a 1994 Pontiac Trans Am. I took it to a GM dealership to program the ignition key and found the key fob could not be read. Tested by putting in new batteries and still didn't work with my car. So I ordered a new keychain from the dealer. I will say that the process of returning this keychain was smooth so I have no issues or concerns. It just didn't work on my old machine.
