The constant cutting off of
The headset is constantly being cut down with wireless use via a dongle. When connected to a controller, the sound quality is terrible. I've searched the web for a few solutions and most said that the dongle works on the same wavelength as WiFi and could interfere with other electronics. Even if I remove other electronics it turns off, but that seems to have helped. In any case, for a $100+ SPECIAL FOR PLAYSTATION headset, I don't have to worry about the wireless not working. We give back this garbage.
