I took a chance on this chair (it looked exactly like another that cost twice as much). Agree with another review that the building instructions were difficult to follow and could be improved. Also, the seat smells very strange and after 3 weeks of use, the smell hasn't faded much. So I actually sit on the seat with a towel and it works. I haven't had a chance to air it out in the sun, which would also reduce the smell. EDIT: Support has reached out and stated that all future chairs will be sun dried to eliminate odors and that the assembly instructions have been improved.
