It is difficult to tilt the rain nozzle so that it is pointing straight down as the hose will knock the nozzle off the magnetic disc. It is possible that the hose will weaken over time due to heat. But if I hold my handheld at an angle against the magnet plate (the head pointed at 2 o'clock and the tube pointed at 8 o'clock), I can find the right angle... most of the time). Plastic scratches very easily. I pulled the water restrictor out like most do. Was a bit fiddly, but it works. You need to take out the black washer, then the white cross piece to get to the blue stopper. Tip: It's much easier to pierce it from the back with a small screwdriver.
