Very easy to use yet great quality. I'm making a peppers sourdough appetizer with onions and garlic to make a hot sauce in a couple of weeks. The lids fit great and I only used the pump to try it out and it seems to work. Will definitely come in handy in the future as it's intended to be used later on when CO2 production is lower and oxygen isn't as easily displaced; manufactured to be used when trying pickles etc. The CO2 production and fermentation reaction is at its peak for the first week or so, after which you have to manually loot the O2 levels.
