I feel like an Apple Genius! I had a lot of fun swapping the legs and ridding my MacBook of years of dust! Here are the simple steps! 1. Place your MacBook on a stable table, preferably a mat/towel to keep it from moving. Have good lighting over it for maximum visibility.2. Remove all 10 screws (2 short, 8 long) and set each aside depending on where they are on your MacBook. It helps to remember what they are.3. Slowly remove the back panel and you should hear two clips snap off in the middle. These latches should hold the back panel in place.4. Remove any dust with bellows, compressed air or makeup brushes! That's the fun part! 5. On the back, remove the old feet and remove any black plastic tabs that are in the holes. For the two back ones, score an X with a knife to release the tabs (use a screwdriver to pry them out). Remove glue residue with nail polish remover/alcohol. I also washed the back panel with warm soapy water.6. Remove the new legs from the plastic container and line up the big and small dots. Press hard. I heated them with a hair dryer to harden the glue even more.7. Align the back panel with the back of the MacBook and make sure the two latches you used earlier snap into place before screwing everything back in place. I used the same screws to screw on the back panel as they are still good. Don't worry about using new/old screws as long as they fit your MacBook!9. Now your MacBook will not move on the table! Overall Rating: This kit is amazing and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for replacement legs. The whole process took 10-15 minutes and now I feel like I have a new MacBook!
