I noticed a few things when setting it up. First, the sound quality is excellent. Absolutely outstanding with 660 watts. My old system was an LG SKM5Y with surround back speakers. I think it was over 300 watts. The doubling of the power of the sound makes my entire first floor shake. The second thing that struck me is the ease of setup. There are no wires to connect the backs as everything is Bluetooth. No rear receiver unlike other brands and units. The installation took a total of 24 minutes despite a problem in the third step. My third conclusion was that this device didn't come with an optical cable. It comes with an HDMI output cable and while it's great it doesn't match modern TV models that lack an HDMI output in favor of a digital optical slot. Because this model didn't come with the specified cable, I had to run and grab it, which disrupted the setup. My fourth takeaway was that while the subwoofer has great volume control, it has no treble or rear speaker controls. This acts as a whole rather than having to select a sound setting. Unfortunately, I'm generally enthusiastic about Klipsch and their excellent systems and can't get frustrated with a stupid cable or volume buttons when it throws another system out of the water.
