Ordered a set of 10, but only 1 was sent. Can't return just one because they're wondering where the other 9 went. They forced me to send a return request anyway and sent a replacement order. The replacement order arrived today and AGAIN there was only one in the package, not a set of 10. I've been going in circles trying to fix this and no one will contact me except through cryptic emails. If this is not fixed, it will cost $518.20 for the non-returnable original 10-pack and non-returnable replacement 10-pack. The non-refundable amount is not due to missing parts, but rather the absence of 18 actual kits in two separate batches.
