This arrived at my house today and I used it asap. I have several large picture windows that were terribly dirty. I wanted them to be clean before it snows this week. Today should be one of the last days of good weather before winter really sets in. The pole was very easy to assemble and the length was perfect. I had no trouble hitting high angles at all. The head could have had a little more adjustment, but that's how it works well. The main problem I had was with the scraper. It works but you have to struggle a bit to get the right angle/pressure then it bounces on the way down. It will get the job done, but be prepared to hit the same spots again. You won't get a clean glide easily. The rubber is a little wavy and doesn't want to go along with it. This is the main problem. Instead of a hard scraper that can provide a good seal, this one is way too weak. The microfiber scrubber works perfectly. I ended up using a mop because it was better for my windows.
