Review on 🔒 Enhanced Privacy with 3M Gold Privacy Filter for 23" Widescreen Monitor (GF230W9B) by Jasin Gilstrap

I had a 17" 3M gold filter/screen protector and was very happy with it. So when I got the 23" monitor I bought the matching item for my now larger screen. These gold filters are excellent! I have pretty poor eyesight and feel like they actually make the letters and images on the screen clearer However, the wider screen is missing the "privacy" part. Of course, you would expect the viewing area to be greater than a 17" screen, but if you stand about 4 feet from my monitor, there is an area of about 3 feet in either direction that objects can be seen on my monitor quite clearly.. In summary, this device is great as a filter, but isn't great for privacy protection when used with widescreen monitors, especially given the the high price.
