My kids are wild outdoor kids and we have a very messy yard. After soiling a million pants, I finally bought them these raincoats. They love their "mud pants" and wear them quite often. I was concerned that the fabric would tear easily due to their rough play, but so far they've held up great. They even survived a few big falls on asphalt. The reflective paint on the bottom is starting to peel off a bit, but that doesn't affect the pants in any way. While we mostly use them on muddy days, we sometimes use them as rain pants. They kept the kids 100% dry after some vigorous puddle jumping. I'd probably go down a bit, but the good news is we'll have to use the adjustable straps for another year or two.
