Review on Sonder Los Angeles Wood Cutting Board: Large 🔪 Walnut/Cherry/Maple, Sorting Compartment, Reversible - 17x13x1.1 inches with Gift Box by Janet Baker

I'm too excited about this chopping board. It's absolutely amazing - even more so than the photos, which I didn't think was possible (my photos don't do it justice either, although they have the added bonus of a cute, sleepy kitten in the background). The board arrived surprisingly quickly (2 days after ordering despite selecting standard shipping) and comes in a beautiful box inspired by Calcutta marble that I still can't throw away. When you open the box, you're greeted by a sweet thank you note from the couple who run Sonder LA, with detailed instructions on the back for proper board care. The note mentions that they started their business to fill a niche in the market for affordable, versatile, and aesthetically pleasing items that you want to display in your home and kitchen. I'd say they shot that ball out of the park with a Motley. I can't wait to get this kid out next time I have people around. Now I feel like a real adult when I have cute things in my kitchen (look mom, a cool cutting board!). I especially like the built in groove on the back to hold bread or crackers. I recommend this board as a gift for yourself or a loved one. It's very nice to support a small business and at the same time get a beautiful and quality product - you won't regret it! (Plus, your cat will love to play/hide and seek in the box it comes in, so you know what's going on. Another bonus.)
